#14: The Graveyard Book by Neil Gaiman
My sister gave me this book a couple of weeks ago when the author appeared on The Colbert Report and gave a free copy to audience members. It’s the first I’ve read by Gaiman and I absolutely enjoyed it. Young Adult fiction takes me back a bit. I imagine this type of book being meaningful for an awkward kid, which may be one of the reasons I liked it so much. But also, the story had the power to make me, as a semi-adult (?), feel like a person in wonder of the world around. And that’s a good thing.
